Sustainability Approach
Gunnebo works with a structured approach to sustainability which we regularly review to see where we can improve and where actions need to be taken. It provides information on our achievements, programmes and the next steps in our journey to becoming a more sustainable business. It is our ambition to continue developing our sustainability agenda and to report on sustainability in an increasingly more structured way.Building a Sustainable Value Chain
Gunnebo’s sustainability impact across the value chain derives from both direct and indirect operations. The ability to manage our impact starts with R&D activities and covers purchasing, manufacturing, sales, delivery, installation and service. Management of the whole lifecycle is important so when a product comes to the end of its use, we complete the value chain by identifying appropriate recycling and disposal options.Sustainability & Suppliers
Because we expect our suppliers to conduct their business ethically and sustainably, Gunnebo has a Supplier Code of Conduct which all suppliers and subcontractors should follow. This is an important part of supplier selection and evaluation.
